FINAL SALE ITEMS

  • All custom orders and special order purchases are final. These include the following

    • Stationary items

    • Wedding Gowns

    • Quince Gowns

    • Formal Gowns (Includes all gowns for adults and children)

    • Wedding Gown Preservation Kit

    • Quince and Wedding Album and Pillow Sets

    • Quince Dolls

    • Custom Robes, Slippers, T-shirts, and Hangers

    • Girl’s Dresses

    • Opened Petticoats

    • Undergarments

SIZE RECOMMENDATIONS

  • Please note, we are here to guide you when deciding what size to wear. However, because we are not taking your measurements, we go based off the measurements given. Ultimately, it is the client’s decision on what size to order. We highly recommend to get measured by a professional. Danielly’s Boutique is not responsible for any wrong sizes. All gowns and formal attire are final purchase.

HYGIENE POLICY FOR UNDERGARMENTS

  • Undergarments: Please note that due to our strict hygiene policy, ALL self-adhesive BOOMBA inserts, BOOMBA bras, nipple covers, body tape, and undergarments may not be returned for a refund, credit, or exchange unless you have received damaged, defective, or wrong item(s) which should be reported within 5 days of the delivery date.

GENERAL RETURNS

  • All other purchases made online (that are eligible for a return) may be returned within 5 days of the item being delivered. This means you have 5 days after you have received your package to initiate and return your package. If you pass the time limit the purchase will be non-refundable.

  • Items that are eligible for return are the following:

    • Accessories

    • Shoes

    • Adult Tuxedos and Suits

  • There are no refunds on shipping costs. Additionally, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to eligible returns.

  • A free return label will be provided on all purchases over $50 (excludes taxes and shipping) on eligible items.

  • SALES ITEMS are non-refundable.

  • Danielly’s Boutique will provide one prepaid return label per order (for items eligible for returns). We recommend to return all items at the same time. Use the same box the items were shipped in when returning your items. Also, make sure to remove any previous shipping labels or place new shipping label over it.

  • Exchanges: We do not offer an exchange service for any products at this time. Many of our items are made-to-order, meaning we don't keep these items in stock. If an item doesn't work and another one is needed, a return will need to be processed for all unwanted items (if eligible) and a new order must be placed for new items. Prior promotional pricing or discounts used when the original order was placed will not be honored for a new order.

Shipping & Processing

  • Processing time will take 5-7 business days from the moment you place the order on the following items: accessories, shoes, and tuxedos.
    PLEASE NOTE: Many gowns take 12-16 weeks to process, but others can take 5-7 business days. Please check the description of each gown for more information.

  • Processing time will take 12-16 weeks for all made-to-order items such as wedding gowns, quinceañera gowns, and formal gowns.

  • Processing time will take 8 weeks for all quinceañera album and pillow sets and quinceanera dolls (unless otherwise stated).

  • Stationary items will take 3-4 weeks to process.

  • Once items are shipped out it can take 5-10 business days to arrive depending on where you live. You will be provided with a tracking number once it has been shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier.
